We aim for inclusivity so please let a member of staff know how we can cater for your child’s needs. We are a nut-free camp and therefore, don’t use any products containing nuts and advise our parents to disclude nuts in packed lunches.


One Day – £42.50 per day

Silver Kidz Camps run every school holiday, except the Christmas holidays. Check the Home page for upcoming dates.

We are currently based at Roding Valley High School, Loughton. More venues to open soon.
Our explorers are 5-7 years old, 8-10 years old is navigators and voyagers are 10-12 years old. Unfortunately we don’t currently take children younger than 5 years old.
Not at all! You can book for however many days as you like, and you can choose the specific days that your child attends.

You can drop your child from 8.30am and pick them again from 5pm.
Yes we do! You can drop your child off to breakfast club from 8am and pick them up until 6pm. Early drop-off and late pick up are £4 each per day.
Your child’s place is confirmed once we receive full payment. You will receive an email with a booking reference.
You are able to cancel 15+ days prior to the start of camp and receive a full refund. If you cancel 14 days before then you lose 100% of the payment.
If once the timetable is confirmed your child wants to change days please contact us as soon as possible. If there are spaces available we will try to accommodate requests but will be treated on a “first come, first serve” basis.
Although we encourage children to get involved in the different activities throughout the day, they will not be forced to do anything that they don’t enjoy. We will look to find something else your child will enjoy and get involved in.

Our activities encourage children to develop their confidence by building skills and friendships. They are designed around, creativity, science, cooking and energetic fun.

We endeavour to confirm the timetable one week before the start of camp. However, it is always subject to change.

Your child should wear comforting clothing due to the different activities they will be taking part in. It is also important to dress your child appropriately for the weather for outdoor activities and bring a change of clothing. You can always speak to our staff for advice.

All your child needs is a nut-free packed lunch and snack box and a drink/water bottle. It is a good idea to provide a change of clothes, then they will be ready to have lots of fun.

We provide water throughout the day. as well as morning and afternoon snacks such as nut-free biscuits, ice lollies when the weather is hot and the odd confectionary when playing games. On occasion we provide food when we are camping outside example, when we have a barbecue etc. Please let our staff know about any dietary needs and allergies.

No, your child will not need to bring any money with them.
Please ensure that you tell us of your child’s needs when you register their place. If you have already registered your child, please email us with your name, your child’s name and their requirements.

There will be a newsletter letting you know what has been going on at the camp. Also feel free to speak to our staff about what your child has been up to throughout the day.


We have an accident reporting system that immediately notifies you via email if anything was to happen. All our staff are first aid trained and you can read more about our systems on our Policies and Procedures page.
Staff go through rigorous interviews, training and background checks. All our staff are first-aid and safeguarding trained. In addition, all of our staff have valid DBS checks.

Yes, our open days are a great chance to meet the staff that will be running our camps.

We aim to be as inclusive as possible and our staff are trained to work with all ages and all abilities. If your child has specific needs please let our staff know so that they can enjoy the camp as much as possible. If you have any further questions please contact the office.
